| I love these boots. I've never had a pair of Uggs before (I think some of them are ugly for a person of my age), but I've heard how warm they are and so I thought I'd give it a shot. My feet felt right at home the moment I put them on. And they are warm, much to my delight. I've gotten many compliments on them in my day to day travels. So others think they look good, too. Sometimes I even wear them around the house because of their comfort and warmth. By the end of a full day of wearing them, I do experience a little pain on the balls of my feet, but I think that is a quirk of my own sort of wide foot construction. I am most happy with this purchase and also with the excellent help from Zappos reps who helped me to zero in on the right size. The only reason for the four star rating is that end of the day pain I have. If not for that, it would be five stars all the way. | |

| When I initially received these, I was uncertain if I was going to keep them, due to the price. I put them on to wear around the house. They are incredibly comfortable! When I realized that a few hours had passed, and my feet were still super cozy, I realized that they were definitely keepers. They run pretty true to size, if not even a bit large (with fleece insoles). I was concerned because of other reviewers saying they run small. I did not find this to be true. I wear an 8 or 8-1/2, depending on brand. I ordered the 8, and they fit great. As another reviewer stated, the footbed is fleece (or not, if you switch insoles), but the sides and top are leather. They are very comfortable with or without socks. Perfect with jeans! | |

| Stylish, waterproof and comfortable. I bought these after extensive shopping for a boot that can handle our snowy and cold Chicago winter. I already own knee high boots and wanted something stylish, but not that high. I can wear these with jeans and with tights and skirts. They have some Western flair without being cowboy boots. These boots come on and off easily without a zipper and without being too wide or bulky. I'm petite and they're perfect. If you expect to use the inserts they become slightly tighter with them inside. They are comfortable for walking and have good traction. I tried on and returned about six styles of boots before I purchased these. I have many people ask where I purchased them after they give me compliments. I'm a big fan of Zappos! | |

| Brookfield Uggs - I love my Brookfield Uggs. I ordered my usual size. Although, since sometimes I wear an 8, sometimes an 8-1/2, I went with the 8-1/2 and they are perfect. The 8 would have been too small, I reckon. Recommend going a 1/2 size larger if your regular size fits snug with some shoes/boots. They are comfortable and great looking. Wore them on a plane, with the sheepskin innersole, and no socks. Worked well going through security at the airport - easy off easy on. Worn with jeans or dress pants, they look fabulous. Can wear them all day. I have plantar fasciitis, and my feet feel great in the boot. Love having 2 types of innersoles to wear for different occasions - the hard sole works better with socks. | |

| Cozy, very warm and slipper like. Classic looking and versatile. I am a size 7 medium width with a narrow heel and small calf. I was looking for a versatile warm boot to wear in extreme cold as well as DC area. I was considering the swell Tall, the Bellvue and these boots. These were by far the warmest and coziest. The fit was a little off though with the heel being especially loose. I feel like the right sock, arch or perhaps even a smaller size, may have given me the fit I was looking for. I chose the Bellvue though. The fit was better, the boot a little more stylish, rugged, slightly taller and better suited for snow. | |

| Perfect! That sums up this boot and Zappos.com. This is my second pair of Uggs. I bought the Trotten last year; loved and had to try the Brookfield. The fit is great and the comfort is incomparable. I need a warm boot with good rubber sole for the winters here and this boot is just the ticket! And who can beat Zappos excellent service? | I love these boots. I have a very narrow and flat foot. I ordered true to my size and they are perfect. I can wear a thin trouser sock without the extra insert. They are the perfect width and length. With the extra insert I can wear these with no socks at all and they are still perfect. These can be dressed up or down, and the heel height is perfect for all sorts of pant lengths. I may order them in black as well. These are the best pair of winter boots I've had. I highly recommend them. | |

| Excellent pair of boots. There are truly waterproof (for the leather part, at least), as I shoveled in 3 feet of snow (wearing ski pants) and they were still not letting any water/snow in. They are also very light. When I received them, I thought the box was empty. It's very pretty and feminine, easy to care for. The toe box is more square than expected. I ordered them on a Saturday, received them on Monday, when I only paid for ground shipping. What a service! | |

| The UGG Brookefield is a very comfortable boot, although not as warm and cozy as other UGG styles. They're a little more of a work boot than a fashion boot, which I like. I normally wear a wide width, but I can wear these with thin socks with no problem. However, it's a rather flat shoe so people needing arch support or heel cushioning will have to order a larger size and add their own supports. | |
