- Made from pure water (not sterile); acts as a moisture barrier, protects from friction, pressure and blisters
- Includes: 2 moist pads (3" x 6.5" each) in a resealable bag, 1 adhesive knit sheet (3" x 4") and 5 adhesive knit strips (3" x 1/2" each)
- To use: cut moist pad to fit blister-prone area, remove backing and apply; secure with adhesive knit

| After decades of high-level, competitive soccer playing I have experienced hundreds of blisters. Let me tell you that absolutely NOTHING works like 2nd skin. It is truly amazing. The only drag is applying it, as sometimes you need to cut the sheet to size, and only sharp scissors work fine. Once applied and secured, you are back to 100% normal feeling, as if nothing had happened. After soccer, I got into hiking and have used it with the same loyalty and frequency, let alone love!! | |

| This stuff really helps you stay on the trail. You've got to apply plenty of the moleskin to keep the geel in place (I added tape) or the stuff will shift off the blister. | |
