Worth EVERY Penny!!!

Rating:****
I bought these as a last ditch desperate effort to keep my hands warm on Mt. Hood. I've tried all kinds of combinations of liners and gloves to keep my "previously frost bit" hands warm in perfect ski weather. No avail. Until now... these were so warm that when the weather warmed up and I was really hauling my hands were almost too warm. The finger tips were cool, but not the frozen and painful cold that recurs so often with previously frost bit skin. I couldn't believe it. I skied all day without pain or exasperation, and with no added liners. (At Timberline Lodge, Ore. +6,000ft. and 13F at start and a max of 29F today!) I can only imagine what you could do with these as liners under even larger gloves!!! I kept all the tags thinking if they weren't successful, I'd return them. Nope, I'm keeping the tags now so I can buy another pair as a backup!
