| Excellent product for our kids. Since my son had 1 year, I bought the Capilene Crew and Capilene Pants, he has 8 years old now and he always tell us: "I want to use my patagonia". We make hiking in the Peruvian andeans with him, and in the ordinary days in Lima he plays a lot and you can imagine that his body always is dry, and all the wet is out of him. Besides is very comfortable wearing. We strongly recommend!!" | |

| I've been buying Capilene for myself for years; when I had kids I bought for them as well. I've found that the only thing scaled-down about theirs is the size. The layers are warm and comfortable, and they last as long as mine do- some shirts have been through all three kids and still have life left! The only beef I have is the price, but considering how long these clothes last, I'm probably I'm getting my money's worth. | |

| Just purchased our girls another set of Patagonia Capilene base layers. So comfy and always keeps the kids warm. My kids NEVER complain they are cold while skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, dogwalking, you name it. As with all Patagonia kid clothes, these run a FULL size larger than normal. They also wash up quite well. I didn't even have to use Shout to get out all the Hot Cocoa stains. | |

| I have been buying these for my kids since my first was 1.5 or so...it's a great base layer. my only criciticsm is that they don't hold up as well as I would like....they get "runs." I NEVER dry them in the dryer, and yet they start to get loose threads after several uses. the good news is, Patagonia store will replace them if they wear unreasonably. | |

| This was a no-brainer. They're light and warm, and they don't itch or smell. Definitely will keep any I'm cold whining to a minimum. Described as snuggly warm by one of my little trailblazers. If you're going hiking with youngsters, you better have some long underwear in their packs, if for nothing else to keep 'em warm at night. | |
