Utilitarian comfort

This is a great travel/commuter pack! It is not rigid with the exception of a padded laptop sleeve. My work keeps me in the far east and travelling a lot. This bag has been the perfect companion to porting my computer with me across Asia. This things contains many organization pockets including exta sleeve pockets for paperwork folders or dirty magazines. There is even a padded rear pocket that allows room for a quick access book, tickets or itineraries. The lid has a small pocket that is easy access and can swallow my wallet, sunglasses case, cell phone and snacks. When cruising through the airport, I carry nothing in my pockets, just throw everything in the lid and I'm easy cruising through security. Also, there is a zipper access to the main comparment on the rear of the bag for quick removal of the laptop. This is great since most airports require the removal of your laptop. The removable cell phone pocket is a great place for a camera for those spontaneous memory catchers. Hey, a portion of this is even recycled.

Okay, the down side: Although easy to adjust, the shoulder strap leaves excess webbing to hang loose. I stuffed most of it into the mesh-side pocket, but it is just a nuissance. It's a small complaint really, but it's worth knowing. If you decide to get this bag, I do not think you will be disappointed. Enjoy.
