Great bag easy to use, fits everything and great for any student. Love the color!

| I am in love with this bag, and so are those around me. In fact someone commented the first day how he was considering breaking up with his wife in order to marry bag at which point i promotly told him that i was already planning on breaking up with my boyfriend to marry the bag. Fortunately my boyfriend and I were able to resolve the issue and we're all in a happy little relationship! Every aspect of the bag is a joy. The adjustable strap is easy to well, adjust. Which I do often depending on if I'm just running to class or lounging around. It fits my laptop perfectly as well as my calculus, english lit., and psychology text books along with my various parts to the computer such as spare ba | |

Perfect for the Daily Commute
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I got this bag to replace my backpack that was falling apart at the seems hoping that it would be able to carry the same load while looking a little more professional on the daily commute. The Osprey Elroy does just that -- fits my 17 inch Mac Book Pro like a glove (with its own sleeve, which I was very particular about), and leaves plenty of room for anything else that needs to accompany you on your day. I'm in law school and can fit the MacBook Pro and 2 big casebooks comfortably. There's still extra room for a lunch bag, etc. And both side compartments fit a large nalgene bottle. Front flap perfect for things that need to be accessed quickly. | |

Huge. Like a cave. | |

| Everyone is spot on. This is a spectacular bag. It's a bit like a cave system: enormous, with like eight different ways to get to the main cavern and you'll find a new one every time you open it. It fits a 15.4' laptop well, but not snugly. The easy open zipper on the back is genius and allows pretty good access to the main compartment. I've been able to pull out a textbook past my laptop. It gets a little fiddly when the bag is crammed full, but day-to-day I don't even begin to cram this bag full. Redwood color is more rust-orange than red. There is a velcro patch to keep the flap closed, in addition to the buckles. | |

Bottomless pit of fun! | |

| This bag is awesome. I initially held off buying it because I'm basically cheap. However, I don't mind shelling out some dough for an item that I'll use every day, that's well-made, and does what it's supposed to do without complaining. This bag does all those things and more, folks. Thoughtfully designed with top zippered access to the laptop and the inside of the bag, comfy shoulder pad, plenty of pockets, slots, and secret compartments for all my crap, this sucker is easy to get up to a gazillion pounds in no time. Plus, it's got the iron-clad Osprey warranty, AND the raw material for the fabric manufacturing is sourced from recyled materials. You gotta love it. | |

It made me leave my trusty Crumpler that I'd left my Timbuk2 for

| Buy it and love it. This bag's pretty awesome - light, sturdy, and looks great. That black panda color - it has some really black parts, like a panda. Plenty of pockets, zippers, and a neat, adjustable strap. Unlike my old Timbuk2 Commute, the mesh side pockets are actually big enough hold a water bottle. Unlike my Crumpler Horseman, there's somewhere to stash the excess strap. The bag also doesn't feel as heavy as others when loaded down (for those of you who can't read between lines, that means it distributes weight better - Bwahaha!). Great bag - oops, gotta get back to work - here comes my boss. | |

Get the job done | |

| Best laptop bag I have ever used. Although the bag does not look particularly large, it swallows an enormous amount of stuff. I can do a quick overnight travel from this bag if I am not carrying much. There is plenty of pockets for organization and a really cool open back pocket that lets me stuff items I need quick access to. The laptop sleeve is not the most well protected I have seen, but no problems when I have dropped the bag. The shoulder strap does tend to twist badly if you have it lengthened. Highly recommended. | |
