95% Perfect

Rating:****
This is a great pack, I love its versatility. Plenty of room, lots of different storage areas and comes with a detachable waist strap. This pack would be perfect if it had a chest/upper strap. I do not know why Osprey did not put one on? Still, I love this bag and use it daily for school. Both side pockets can fit a 32 oz. Nalgene inside, fully zipped-up. Also, this pack works very well on the trail, you can stuff more than you will need, into it. The chest strap is not necessary.

So comfy!

Rating:*****

I use this pack for daily to/from campus, on the bus, etc. I have an extremely large, heavy laptop -- it's very uncomfortable in all my other packs. When I put it in this pack, I felt like I could carry it for hours and miles. Really well-made and comfortable pack!!!

Great pack from a great company that is taking an initiative to move towards a greener future

Rating:*****
When the pack is heavily loaded, support is lacking, making it more of a school pack than a daypack. However, the fact that it is constructed of 70% recycled materials more than makes up for its lack of high weight support.
Kirby at Moosejaw (Spring 2009) on 09/04/2007

Great as a school pack or the like, not so much as a daypack.

Rating:****
Great pack for those who are in school as a few books and a lap top are about the extent of the weight it can hold. If that's what you're looking for, by all means, buy it!

Great bag, could use more pockets

I like the idea of this pack more than the pack itself. I bought the Redwood color and I loved it, but there just weren't enough smaller pockets/compartments for me to love this bag. I returned it and bought another pack that I do love and better suits my needs for bike commuting.
