| 1st time customer's remarks - As a first time customer at Zappos, I was particularly impressed by your service. I was happily surprised by the delivery upgrade - free of charge - that delivered the shoes really quickly. The hints about trying the shoes out on a carpeted surface to enable a responsible refund or exchange, if needed, were very helpful. (In my case, no refund was needed.) The included information - with telephone number, web-site address and pre-paid return label - was comprehensive and very useful. This efficient and very professional approach to doing business has ensured that I will be a return customer with confidence in your ability to be a trusted supplier for all of my future footwear needs. (By the way, I hope that you will stock "Alden Shoes" at some time in the future)! |

| NEW BALANCE CRITIQUE - I ordered the New Balance MW 558 to replace the MW 557's I have used that are now discontinued. I asked on the website and was told that the 558 was a great replacement. My MW557's were 10 1/2 4E. The first MW558's I ordered were the mesh type and I ordered the 10 1/2 4E. I expected the shoes would be the same as the 557's so I wore then to the bank. These shoes are at least 1/2 size smaller than the 557's. I then ordered another pair of MW558 Leather but I ordered in 11 4E. These fit. At $64- per pair I am not real happy with the sizing and the feedback information from the website on replacement. |

| Saved My Feet At Disney! I needed a nice comfortable pair of walking shoes as I was heading to Orlando for the obligatory family vacation at Disney. I have big-time ankle and pronation issues, and these shoes allowed me to forget. They were quite comfortable, and even after putting miles on them each and every day for a week I awoke each morning without my feet reminding me of each previous day's step! They did seem to be a bit narrow for what is my usual ordering width (9EE). A good solid shoe - I recommend it and will be looking for other NB styles. |

| Great shoe! I cannot get women's shoes wide enough sometimes, so I tend to buy men's shoes in sneakers. I bought one pair, and they were too long and not really wide enough, but they fit my husband fine, so I kept them. I reordered one size down, next size up in width, and I just love them. It can be tricky when buying men's shoes for a woman, but since Zappos also has an excellent return policy, I go with them every time (even though it worked out that I didn't need to return any shoes this time). |

| New Balance MW558 (Leather) I have been wearing these shoes every day for the last two weeks and I am pleased to report that they are very comfortable and breathe well. I have large (16-D), sensitive feet that sweat a lot and I have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable. I only have one minor cosmetic complaint. The tip of the toe box is a little too square for my taste. In any case, they are excellent shoes and I am very pleased with them. |

| The shoes are good so far, though they aren't quite as comfortable as the similar ones that I replaced with these. I think after they are completely broken in they will be great. The Zappos shopping experience was great. The prices are as good as you will find, the website was easy to use, and my shoes got to me in just a couple of days. I will definitely use Zappos again! |

| The New Balance MW558 arrived just a couple days after I ordered them - great shipping as usual! I wear a size 15 XW and New Balance is about the only company that I can count on to deliver a great fit in my size. This pair was very comfortable right out of the box, they are lightweight yet sturdy, and they look great. I love New Balance and Zappos. |

| New Balance MW588 - This shoe appears to be well made. I bought both the mesh and the leather models. Both fit slightly more snugly than other brands that I've worn. I had to go to a 4E width in this shoe when 2E or "wide" was adequate in other brands. I like them. They are good walking shoes. |

| New Balance 558 - This is a great shoe; however, it runs about 1/2 size small. Toe box is wide enough and comfortable for walking. I prefer the SL1 last for fit. Walk 3 miles a day, and switch with my NB 844's. The 844 is the greatest one since the 755 (no longer available). Zappos is highly recommended. |

| Overall a nice Shoe - I like the fact that the shoe is made with a breathable material to provide added ventilation. I have always needed the extra width which New Balance provides. I also like buying from Zappos because I have found them to be a fine company that really seems to care about customer satisfaction. |
