I was previously skiing the K2 Dawn Patrols and loved them so I was a little nervous about the new K2 PayBacks. I've skied the PayBacks 10 days so far this season and they are great! I like them even more than my old Dawn Patrols. The dimensions are similar, but are a little bigger under foot which is nice here in Colorado. I've had them on ice, which they do okay...a little choppy but that's expected. They cruise through ungroomed terrain, are very responsive to turn, and with the bigger dimensions they are great in the powder too. Overall, I would say a wonderful all mountain western ski. | |
