Not too long ago I purchased myself the Baffin Cush boots and to no remarkable surprise upon myself, I found that they were more than adequate for my lifestyle. So instead of writing a "they were great!" or "everything I asked for - and more!" limited review, I decided to encourage others to purchase the said item through a step-by-step emotionally-interpretive, adjective-heavy stream of consciousness. And here it is: sad, desperate, struggling, cold - ring ring on the door - receive the package, with unfeeling phalanges open the package, pull out the boots, slide them on my feet - warmth, comfort, bliss, utopia, safe, no more chilly nights with freezing feet - walk around the house too? Yes, yes! Step outside? Maybe not - not if I don't want to get them dirty, but to get the mail? Yes! Yes! Safe, no more numb toes! They fit my feet perfectly (I wear a men's size 10 M & ordered my unisex slippers in size XL), they cover my ankles, which I love in the winter, and they snug up with the handy drawstring. I live in northern MN, where the winters get really cold. So most of all I like that these slippers are very warm & comfy. Also very light on the feet. I go out on the snow to feed the deer every morning, and I don't wear the slippers outside. But it's easy to just slip them off & step into a pair of lined boots when I have to go outdoors. It would work as well to just slip on a pair of rubbers over the slipper if you don't want to take them off to go outdoors. Great value at a very good price. The pull loop on the back makes it easy to slip them on with one hand. It has a draw-string around the top to snug the top against the leg but I never use it. The rubber-like surface gives good traction which helps generally and if you go outside briefly. I notice that when walking down or up carpeted stairs the slipper gives a different sensation - sort of a pull on the slipper and foot. Not dangerous or uncomfortable at all, just different. My foot is size 12.5. The slipper fits well but the front-to-back fit of the XXXL is a bit snug. Overall I am extremely happy with the slippers and would buy them again. The sole grips most surfaces so you don't feel like your feet are going to slip out from under you, again like the down boots. | Negative Reviews:| Rating: |  | | Way too small. These do not run anything like normal sizing you find anywhere else, which is a disappointment. I was so excited to get my slippers and they won't fit on my feet! I always wear a size 10 shoe normal width etc, but these were so small. I love the look and feel of them so am ordering another pair a full size up. Hope they fit this time and Baffin should fit the sizing chart. Order a size up and you'll be happy. I gave my wrong size pair to a friend and she loves them. If my feet are cold they remain cold, and if they are warm they get cold after a while of wearing these. A shame because they are very comfortable. Maybe trying with more/different socks. I wouldn't recommend them because the only thing you want in winter is having your feet warm. My feet are freezing right now.

Neutral Reviews:Nice design; probably warm; Chinese designers need a better sizing guide | | Rating: |  | Definitely order size up. My wife is a shoe size 7 and the medium was too small. I am a size 14 and the XXX size was too small which means I have not exchange possibilities.
